I tired the upgraded new NBCDFW app, I liked the original more than this one. I have deleted this app & now get my news on other DFW apps for IPad.

...and fix this crap app!

Your ads on tv say you can take Channel 5 with you and watch it anywhere but that isnt true. Or at least if it is, it not easy to figure out how. I would like to watch the news when Im in another city but have to listen to Fox or something else.

Really disappointed since I like watching NBC 5 in the morning. Really wanted this app for weather in particular. The app is worthless overall. The CBS DFW weather app works great for anyone looking for a good local weather app.

Last update completely broke this App. Update download will not complete and I cannot delete the app either. Piece of crap. 000000 stars.

New update wont finish and cant delete the app So now I cant open the app to see anything on NBC5

If you are wanting to view weather radar this app is so slow the weather will pass before the radar map loads. Zero stars for such a poor quality app.

I just want the local weather!!!This new app is like trying to navigate a desktop page on your mobile device. Too many scripts, too many moving parts! Simplify it! I just want the local weather! Cut out all the crap

The new app is great, it has been update to display landscape mode, easy to move around in.

Stop with "download Weather Experts" every time I open the app. I have already downloaded it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ONLY want weather alerts. Please allow the option to turn off news and traffic alerts. My phone has been bombarded with all these alerts I neither care about or want to receive. Zero stars

The app is okay, but do not see a way to turn off the news notifications. I only want the weather updates.

Double audio feeds. Ads play over the top of the video. When there is video. Usually just black. This app has one of the lowest ratings in the app store and for a long time had NO ratings over one star. Sad.

This is a horrible app. Very, very slow with too much going on. Never could get a full page to load. Im deleting this app.

It seems as if this app was designed, but never completed, by a child with a learning disability. Double audio, and audio keeps playing after exiting video screen, ads run amuck... Im sure theres more, but Ill never know! DELETED!

Got this app so I could enjoy the constant advertising on opening and when switching between screens. Not sure why it keeps showing the weather in DFW - show me more about Harry Potter world, A1-Air, and other businesses!

Every time I try to watch the live feed on the app it double loads. I get 2 advertisements going that end at different times, then I hear a double feed. Its very hard to navigate! Lots of live feed issues when all I wanted was to watch the weather while it was severe in my area!

I dont mind that the app forces me to access the entire NBC news upon opening it but I DO mind that I get updates five times a day anytime someone sneezes in the DFW metroplex. I really just want updates about the weather and would appreciate the option to turn on/off specific notifications.

Con: Every video I play, there is somehow a duplicate video playing in the background that I cannot stop and the audio is doubled. It is quite frustrating. This all began with the latest update. Pro: Other than the aforementioned issue, this is my favorite local news app. The traffic notifications are excellent in the mornings.
